I purchased the book in August and began the program first week of September by Thanksgiving I was cured of my cravings. Since Thanksgiving I have only drank three times taking Naltrexone prior to dinking. Each time I was done after two glasses of wine. New Years Eve I attended two parties and did not drink. No cravings whatsoever. I began the program hoping to get control, now I am considering abstinance. I am so grateful for this book. It fulfilled every promise it made.

I have abused alchohol for most of my life. I am in my early 40's now and have been drinking since my early teens.
