Rating: - Reader, beware!
This is possibly the worst novel I've ever attempted to read. I only made it to page 11 and had to quit. I'm assuming this book is self-published. It's so, so bad. The dialogue is contrived--characters are all apparently in the 2nd grade. The author likes to capitalize things that shouldn't be capitalized and doesn't appear to like contractions or proper spelling. This is a waste of money and Amazon should not have this book on their site without warning readers.
Rating: - One of the worst I have read.
This book was so poorly written I thought it was a children's book for a while. The editing was even worse with many mispellings and grammar errors. Don't bother.
Rating: - Needs an editor
The writing is so stiff and childlike that I couldn't get past the first chapter. Apparently the author hasn't heard of contractions of inferences. I decided it must have been written by someone for whom English is a second language, but then realized it was self-published. Does this woman not know anyone who could have done some basic editing for her?
Rating: - Fatal Kidnapping
There are spelling mistakes and the book is one of he worst I have ever read. Could have been written by a child as there is no real story and the characters talk like totally ignorant people. Deserves a rating of -1.
Rating: - Awesome Read
Instead of your normal every day thriller and mystery, this book brings new depths into what a true mystery should be.
Katie Stone goes missing and her family and friends panic. We are then taken on a journey when Katie is discovered - battered and bruised - to what all Katie's kidnapping was about. This isn't your every, normal day novel. With a shocking ending, this novel will knock your socks off with an outstanding, unforeseen ending.
Into the heart and soul of the main character Katie, you will not walk away disappointed with this novel.
