JD Frazer uses his humor to great effect in this easy to read guide to how to set up a small web-based business. It is worth the cover price just for the resources that he points the reader towards. A bible for the early part of the 21st century!

This book is really compact and author tried to put just too much stuff in there, and seem like he tries to touch little bit of every subjects. And he wrote too much of his personal history instead of facts.

Treats numerous topics in blogging, such as RSS, monetizing with ads, and promoting the blog, with a short, informative overview. The sections are brief, no in-depth coverage of topics. A good start for someone thinking of blogging professionally, or just beginning and needing to learn the ropes quickly. Those with more experience and knowledge will find it shallow.

I had my highlighter all over the pages of this book. Good information, a bit of fluff here and there, but overall very useful.

A book all about making money as an independent Internet content creator. Good advice, lots of nuts-and-bolts stuff, and not too focused on the cartooning side (JD is a web cartoonist).
