Rating: - can i please hav this book
if i had this book i wud read it more than if i more books that i got
Rating: - overall very good, except...
I like many others, bought this title along w/ the Dangerous book since we have a boy and a girl. my daughter is only 7, but a headstrong 7 who thinks she can do whatever her brother does.
so far, her brother loves his book, but she isn't quite so into hers yet. I'm sure it will change.
my only exception I take to the book is the inclusion of the palm reading chapter. even if it's just for knowledge, I don't appreciate things such as that in what amounts to a children's book.
Rating: - Great book
This is a wonderful book! So is the Dangerous Book for Boys. We bought these books for the grandkids, the kids, and ourselves. I wish I'd had a book like this when I was a kid. I was always a tomboy growing up and loved adventure. Any girl who loves adventure and knows she can be anything she wants to be in life (or who needs to know that) would greatly benefit from the Daring Book for Girls.
Rating: - Not pleased with person from whom I purchased book
Ordered a hardback, but person from whom I purchased book sent e-mail she only had soft cover, I told her I would take book but felt like book should be at a lower price since it was not hardback. Got book in mail but there was no lower price or credit to my card.
Rating: - Fun for the whole family
I bought this book for my wife for Mothers Day to be from our daughter (she's 4 so kinda difficult for her to do it).
My wife has loved it and so has the rest of the family. We do family night every week and it has been a source of some great activities and fun learning times.
