We bought this a year ago and my goodness, we sure love it. I love to experiment with all of the different flavors and I have never been disappointed in any of them (except gingerbread....). My husband and I drink a lot of coffee and this machine has held up to a lot of use. The coffee is flat out fabulous. I don't care what the espresso snobs say, this is the real deal. Machine is very good overall, but if you are used to Starbucks/Coffee Bean/Peet's you might not appreciate all of Nespresso's coffees.
I had a Peet's espresso in my hand when I was given a sample of Nespresso's "Livanto", strength 6/10 by Nespresso's ratings. To be honest, I could barely taste the "Livanto" after I sipped on the Peet's. Get the Ristretto capsules (10 rating).

I've had this machine less than one week. We had a dinner party for 3 couples the day after I received this machine and I made each of them a cappuccino after dinner. Every person remarked on how good it was and two of them asked me for the make and model of my cappuccino maker so they could get one. So far this is the best and easiest cappuccino maker I have owned. The Aeroccino milk frother makes excellent milk froth. I use 1% milk and it still tastes great.
