Our 5 year old daughter is the one we purchased for and she enjoys the options which are all types of math (subtraction, addition, etc.) but it also has a great feature of time.
The program is goal oriented for achiving different or higher levels and can adjust the difficult as well as the level of learning increases. Easy to load and use.

I am a tutor. It would have been much more usable if I had printed instructions on each game, the goals, the concepts being taught and the levels of diffculty. Some of this information is on the disk, but you have to open each game and figure out what it is teaching, and how the game is played.

My 6 year old loves this game and would play it for hours if we let her. It's a fun quest-type game which teaches a variety of math skills. Great game!

it is an old program, but math hasn't changed much ... Worked on XP (hate vista) without a hitch, but maybe i got lucky. Tried several programs and this is her favorite. wish they had made some follow on products. Much better than drills.

OK so it just dies on Vista and even with Win 7 (great OS btw)
Lucky I have a top notch machine still running XP so was able to try it out.....
First off it was poorly planned, the problems are far far far to easy and bored my 7 year old within 4 seconds, which happens to be about how long it takes to see anything happen.
THere are much better free sites to use then this very dated old hack..
