In these turbulent times it is important to maximize your income while keeping risk in check.

Live Long Live Rich is the leading continuing education book for financial professionals on retirement income.

Live Long Live Rich is the first guide for people who want to know how to invest to create retirement income. Retirement is a new chapter in your life and should be a time free from worry. Live Long Live Rich provides the tools and practical advice you'll need to enjoy this time of your life like no other. Every word of this book was written with that in mind.

For 20 years H Craig Rappaport has been helping individuals with retirement income planning. Rappaport is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Finance and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. He is a Financial Planning Specialist, A Guided Portfolio Manager, and a National Football League Players Association Advisor.

Specializing in retirement, Rappaport has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Fox News, CNN Headline News, The Dow Jones News Service as well as many television shows, magazines and newspapers. Rappaport's unique ability to explain complex investments in simple, easy to understand terms has kept the media coming back time and time again and is why he has written Live Long Live Rich, which is quickly becoming the investors' "Income Bible".

The free software download has received numerous awards; PC World and Readers Digest included it in their list of "Best Retirement Planning Software" Family PC Magazine calls it "a top notch product" Bloomberg Personal Finance says it's an "easy to use retirement planner" Barrons refers to it as "a good simple tool" Life Insurance Magazine describes it as "fast and intuitive - Retirement Planner is a snap to use and may represent the leading edge in a new kind of illustrative software. Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Outdated
This book is full of very sound financial advice. However, it's really for those who are about to retire or are already retired. Please note that the book was written in 2007, just before the financial world changed forever. It would be foolish to think about retirement saving without considering the market volatility that's now a real concern. This book isn't complete without an update that makes it current. I hope the author will listen.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - No mention of the differnenes between Tradtional and Roth IRA
How can a book on retirement finance planning not mention the differences between Traditional IRA and Roth IRA? This book lacks of a big picture view of other aspect of retirement finance planning such as reverse mortgage, estate planning, living trust etc.. I do not recommend this book!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Helpful Guide for Retirement Income
This is a serviceable and easy-to-follow introduction to allocating retirement investments to produce income. The basic messages of this book are that there are no risk-free investments, you must diversify to reduce your risk, and you must do your own "homework" but not hesitate to seek out professional advice. No argument here. Although the advice is heavily weighted towards systematically drawing income from mutual funds, the author does a good job of reviewing a variety of individual investments ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I Get It!
As an advisor who works with folks near retirement I purchased Live Long, Live Rich as an addition to my library. After reading it I "loaned" it to a client. The next week he told me "I Get It. I now have a better understanding about inflation, and some of the terminolgy you use." Then I had to call him 3 times to get my book back. If you are just starting towards investments or near retirement I would recommend this book. A very small investment in your future.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Wonderful Tool for My Father
I purchased this book in the hopes that I would be able to help my father increase his income. He is well into retirement and his income is not keeping up with his expenses. The book was easy to use and finding additional ways to increase his income was easy to do. I recommend this book to anyone who not only wants to increase investment income but needs to help others do so as well.
