My father Daniel J. Harty was born in Barre, Massachusetts on February 26, 1929 an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed fishing and trapping and was passionate about saving our environment. This little book is perfect for a gift, any time of the year. Its characters are interesting and unique, and both children and adults are certain to relate to one or more as they read each chapter. We need stories of this nature to maintain the love and caring that pour forth from so many, often to individuals who they have never met......just simple people wanting to help other people have a better life. I loved it.
