this wasn't exactly what I thought it was going to be..
the first 1 or 2 chapters goes over the science of how they think this process works which I had heard about some of it -- but not to the extent they were talking about so that was much appreciated
the rest of the book makes the reader do excercises in order to accomplish various tasks -- I can say they are definitely good -- it's like doing pushups for your attitude and outlook on life -- I needed it
