This book has been invaluable to me in my success as a certified SFDC administrator. I reference it often and share it with all my colleagues. I would recommend this book for anyone using SFDC.

The title of the book is correct. Regardless of what type or size of your company, David's book has benefit. The book is centered around Salesforce however the strategies and Best Practices can be used for any CRM implementation. If you were to own only one book on CRM, this is the book to buy. As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, this the only book I keep within arm's reach at all times.

As a marketing executive I've used SFDC for years. And other CRM systems as well. I thought I knew more than enough about SFDC to not only get by - but also excel. I was wrong.
