This book turned out to be to advanced for the child I intended to gift it to. It would be a help if all books could be rated by age group. I think it is an interesting book and I will just keep it until the child is old enough to appreciate it. This book was purchased on Amazon.com and therefore I could not inspect it before purchasing.

I bought 2 of these for my nieces for Christmas and they loved it. Every girl ought to have one of these, especially tween girls. It's filled with wholesome fun for girls as well as stuff that they can do with their families. I highly recommend this book.

I bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter. I was excited to see all the fun activities and things to make that were included. She likes the book, too, and is eager to try lots of new things!

Two disappointments were that it does not include the Sun Saluation poses or the Karate poses that my grandaughter enjoyed trying. Maybe I can find those online and include them as inserts.
